The kingdom of God's is likened to a mighty house built by a wealthy man through wisdom and beautifully garnished by understanding. Its pantry full with the best of needs, the living stead stock with all the great things of life, and so on.
Prov.24:3, Through wisdom is an house builded; and by understanding it is established:
On the other hand, the world is likened to the market place where all kinds of people are involved in one business activity or the other. It a place where people cheats or are cheated, where all that matters is money and money.
Mathew 6:31, “Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? 32KJV:(For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.”
It is noteworthy to know that our daily needs are all encapsulated in the kingdom of God. When Jesus came and introduced the kingdom, he brought us a kingdom of which all things have been provided in. The acquisition of the kingdom, gives access to everything in it.
“But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.” Mathew 6:33
Would you rather run after your needs or seek after the kingdom where all things have been provided? I’d rather enter into a house where all my needs are provided than run after things without owning a house.
